Starting Wednesday, April 3, we will launch our Spring Wednesday Workshops, running from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. We look forward to this opportunity to bring together people of all ages and dive into engaging discussions centered around Biblical truths. This Spring, we have carefully curated a variety of topical studies that we hope will leave a lasting impact on you and your entire family.

Our Thrive Teen Ministry and Rosedale Kids will still be in full swing at 6:30 PM. This means there's a little something for everyone! Whether you're young or young-at-heart, we encourage you to join us.

Deeper Bible Study

Teacher – Pastor Scott Tewell (Worship Center)

Join us as Pastor Tewell preaches verse by verse through the book of Judges. This deeper Bible study is practical for those looking to grow in their daily walk with God and learn how the Word of God applies to everyday life.

Ready Defense

Teacher – Ryan Scott (Conference Room 3220)

In today’s world, Jesus Christ stands in stark contrast to prevailing beliefs of naturalism, materialism, individualism, and inclusivism. As faithful Christians, we shouldn’t be surprised by cultural pushback; instead, we should expect it. Just as 1 Peter 3:15 encourages us, we should always be prepared to give a defense to anyone who asks us for a reason for the hope that is in us. In “Ready Defense” we will explore apologetics as proof, defense, and offense.

The Second Half of Marriage

Teachers – John & Li Maier (School Building 4210)

Your children are gone or leaving soon, so it’s time to focus once again on your own future and especially on your marriage. What’s in store for the second half? This discussion-based book study will reveal eight marital challenges every long-term marriage faces and will offer strategies and exercises for meeting each of them. The “Second Half of Marriage” will challenge you to create a vision for the rest of your life together — and inspire you to make that vision a reality.

Mind Games 2: Winning the War Against Your Emotions

Teacher – Xavier Small (Chapel)

Managing our emotions can be difficult. However, they are God-given emotions to help us navigate our circumstances. This workshop will be 8 weeks on learning how to get comfortable with your emotions, hone them, and use them to your advantage.

The Gospel at Work (Young Adults)

Have you ever thought about your job being more than just a source of income? What if God put you in your current job or career for His mission? As young adults, let’s have a conversation about how our earthly vocations can have eternal value. Your employment can turn out to be your greatest evangelism opportunity.

Psalms: The Character of God

Teachers – Frank & Norie Yoakum (School Building 4115/4116)

The Psalms trace humanity’s interaction with God from various places and seasons in faith life. Within these interactions, we discover God’s character. These songs of laments and praises give us deeper insight into God and how we are to relate to Him and His creation.
