On Saturday, April 9, the new soccer season "kicked-off with an auspicious start! The perfect weather and prodigious participation was awe inspiring indeed. A large number of new participants combined with those returning from the previous year makes this year's KFTK Soccer League the largest ever. Due to being put off by the weather one week, the children were naturally eager to get started. And after an organizational meeting, players took to the fields clad with cleats and sporting shin guards to begin practice. Soccer mania was evident everywhere! After team selections are finalized, regular soccer matches will begin. Stay tuned for more pictures of the epic soccer battles yet to come between the arch-rival "Blue" and "White" Soccer Teams!
