ABOUT RBS

  Our Purpose

Distinctively Christian
As a ministry of the Rosedale Baptist Church, Rosedale Baptist School seeks to promote and strengthen each student's relationship with Christ. RBS assists parents in the Biblical admonition to train children in the "nurture and admonition of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4). Here, professional Christian educators teach each academic subject from a Christian perspective in an environment that promotes strong Christian values and a life-long relationship with God. This is best summarized in the school's  mission statement:

The mission of Rosedale Baptist School is to lead students to love God and to nurture them in a Christ-centered academic environment that emphasizes excellence and inspires them to develop their God-given talents for lives of Christian leadership and service.

Academically Excellent
Rosedale Baptist School strives to provide a school environment with an emphasis on academic excellence. RBS seeks to hire the best Christian educators and focus their talents upon delivering a dynamic, comprehensive, and  challenging curriculum. An atmosphere of love, discipline, and teamwork produces an optimum learning environment, helping students to flourish. RBS students consistently score in the top 15%  on nationally standardized achievement tests.

Whether at the pre-school, elementary, or secondary school level, the RBS faculty work to make each student's learning experience both enjoyable and enriching.

Available to Many
Rosedale Baptist School seeks to make receiving a quality education available to as many families as is possible.  The Pre-K and Kindergarten classes are available to all families regardless of their church membership.  The Elementary, Jr. High, and High School grades are open to families that are members of Rosedale Baptist Church.

Tuition schedules are structured so that the cost of a Christian educ
ation is within the financial reach of the majority of families.

Similarly, RBS welcomes students from a variety of backgrounds. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin.
