with full
documentation

A physical
examination
performed by a
physician (if the
applicant is new to
RBS), as required by
the State of
Maryland, submitted
on the Maryland
Health Assessment
Form. All
athletic team
members must have an
athletic physical

applicant's Social
Security Card and
Birth Certificate

Valid copy of the
applicant's
transcript for the
last two years --
transcript must
reflect at least a
75% average in core
classes

Most recent
achievement test
results

The
Annual Registration Fee is not refundable for any reason
other than 1) the applicant is not accepted, or; 2) no
place is available for the applicant by the first day of
school in the year for which the application is made.
