Applicant Requirements

• Applicants for Pre-Kindergarten must be age three or age four on or before September 30 in order to enroll in the respective Pre-K classes; Applicants for Kindergarten must be age five on or before September 30 in order to enroll

• Completed Application for Admission Form

• Non-Refundable* Annual Registration Fee of $100

• Up-to-date immunization records with full documentation

• A physical examination performed by a physician (if the applicant is new to RBS), as required by the State of Maryland, submitted on the Maryland Health Assessment Form

• A copy of the applicant's Social Security Card and Birth Certificate

* The Annual Registration Fee is not refundable for any reason other than 1) the applicant is not accepted, or; 2) no place is available for the applicant by the first day of school in the year for which the application is made.

Application Submittal

The Admissions Office accepts applications from families of new students beginning March 1st for the upcoming school year.  Parents are encouraged to submit the application as early as possible, as classes fill up and waiting lists are started.  Parents may submit an application and pay the registration fee to hold a slot for their child, even if the medical forms have not been submitted.
