A RBS education

curriculum is broad,
comprehensive, and
designed to develop
students to their
full potential.
Pre-K and
Kindergarten
Students learn to
read with the
nationally acclaimed
A Beka Curriculum,
which utilizes the
tried and proven
Intensive Phonics
approach. Many
students read on a
1.5 - 2.0 grade
level by the time
they finish
Kindergarten!
Elementary classes
are self-contained,
and while being
centered on the
fundamentals of
reading, writing,
and arithmetic,
emphasize
traditional values
such as
responsibility,
integrity, and
respect for
authority and for
others.
Secondary students
are groomed for college
entry through an
eclectic line-up of
superior, Christian
textbooks from A Beka
Book, BJU Press, Saxon
Math, etc.
Secondary teachers also
stress the development
of character in each
student, helping them to
become responsible,
respectful, and moral
young adults.
Christ-Centered
At RBS, the curriculum
is not only challenging,
comprehensive, and
college preparatory, but
also clearly Christian.
Along with regular Bible
classes, weekly chapel,
and frequent devotional
periods, our teachers
strive to season every
concept, in every
subject, with a
Christian perspective.
