Rosedale Baptist School, an educational ministry of Rosedale Baptist Church, was founded in the year 2000.  Though the school is relatively young, it has been alive in the hearts and minds of the RBC congregation for many years, as members dreamed of providing a program in which children in grades Pre-K through 12th could be trained with a spirit of excellence both academically and spiritually.
      In 1997, the church called Pastor Scott Tewell.  Pastor Tewell shared the vision of providing Christian education to families, and after many months of prayer and preparation, he and the members founded Rosedale Baptist School.

    The Administrator of Rosedale Baptist School, Asst. Pastor Tim LeJeune, has been a Christian school administrator since 1985. Prior to assuming his first position in school administration, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Theology and a Master’s in Secondary Education from Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana. He also holds a Master’s Degree in School Administration from Pensacola Christian College of Pensacola, Florida. In addition to the many administrative responsibilities, Brother LeJeune has taught mathematics and English on the secondary level for many years. He and his wife, Shari, are the proud parents of seven children (two that are in college are not pictured here).
