Join us for our new study entitled "Living Ethically in an Unethical World , a Study in 1st Corinthians ". Learn what it means to live by biblical principles. Be challenged by what God's Word says to do and not what we can get away with.

Our previous studies were entitled "Great in 2008" and " Ecclesiastes: Living Above or Below the Circumstances". These lessons, as well as lessons from previous studies, are available for purchase through the tape ministry.

We are receiving prayer requests via e-mail at J.Montoro@rosedalebaptist.org.  Prayer requests received by Friday 10:00 a.m. will be included in our Sunday School Prayer Bulletin.  As in the past, if there is an emergency request, please call Bro. Montoro at (410) 682-4114.

Class Organization

Because the Berean Bible Class (BBC) is a large Sunday School class, all members of the class are assigned to smaller groups according to where they live.  Class Group Leaders for each group greatly assist Bro. Montoro with visitations, special requests, and other needs.

Class Announcements

All men are invited to a the monthly Men's Prayer Breakfast to be held on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at the Golden Corral Restaurant on Rossville Blvd. at 7:30 am. Please sign up at the Welcome Center or see Bill Brooks.

The BBC welcomes all members to participate in its monthly prayer and fasting ministry, which takes place on the third Wednesday of each month.  Members who wish to participate are asked to meet for a time of prayer in Room 91 on Wednesday, May 21 at 6 pm.  The fasting will begin Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. and will end Thursday, May 22 at 6 pm.

Become a member of the Berean Bible Google Group! The Google Group is private web access to Berean news. You can view the monthly newsletter, post prayer requests, join discussions with other class members, and, in general, keep current on the latest activities. Class Activities

First Sunday Night of Each Month - Dairy Queen (after the evening service): next outing is May 4.

Soon coming activities..

The Berean Bible Class just hosted several successful class activities over the fall and winter seasons. More family oriented activities, such as an Orioles game at Camden Yards (June 17, 2008), and a trip to the Washington zoo (May 31, 2008) are being planned. Please check back soon for more details.

The Berean Bible Class is a large class with many opportunities for members to serve including:

Visitation, including sick and shut-ins- contact Richard Carter

Secret Sisters- contact Rose Wilson

 

Caregivers

This group of men and women help out other class members by preparing and serving food, offering prayers, and helping out in other areas of care and service as needs arise.  To volunteer or request assistance, please see Dorothy Truman.
